Click Biosystems offers a custom antibody-HRP conjugation service. Antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) are one of the most widely used bioreagents in biological sciences. Antibody-Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates are commonly used for colorimetric, chemiluminescent, or fluorescent detection in applications, such as ELISA, western blotting, immuno-histochemistry, and others. Our well-established protocols enable the direct labeling of HRP with antibodies, proteins, oligonucleotides, peptides, and other biomolecules for drug discovery, R&D applications, and developing diagnostic kits.

Various coupling methods (oxidized or maleimide-modified HRP, etc.) can create antibody-HRP conjugates. However, using these methods results in low coupling efficiency and product activity. In contrast, our method allows high coupling efficiency and creates conjugates with great activities. We use highly active HRP (>250 U/mg) to generate the conjugates. Additionally, the conjugate contains a long (45 atoms), stable, and hydrophilic linker to span the antibody and HRP. Unlike other methods, our protocols allow modification and coupling at a neutral pH. Moreover, we do not use any reducing reagents or catalysts. Thus, our conjugates retain the function of antibodies and HRP.
