Click Biosystems offers the custom HRP-oligo conjugation service that generates high-quality horseradish peroxidase (HRP) -oligonucleotide probes. HRP-oligo conjugates are highly sensitive hybridization probes. HRP conjugated to hybridization probes can increase signal amplification in Catalyzed Reporter Deposition-Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization (CARD-FISH). Such conjugates are also useful for nonradioactive immunoassays, northern/Southern blot analysis, and other in situ hybridization applications.

Our HRP-oligo conjugates are highly active. We use highly active HRP and HPLC-grade oligos to generate the custom HRP-oligo conjugates. In addition, we use a long and stable linker (45 atoms) to conjugate HRP and oligo at a 1:1 ratio. Thus, the conjugate retains the activity of both HRP and oligo. Moreover, the unconjugated materials are extensively removed by column chromatography. Therefore, our custom HRP-oligo conjugates are highly purified.
